We sat down with Melissa Nash, President of the FCA.
If you operate in the debt collection industry and you don't attend or participate in trade shows, you are missing out on vital education and networking opportunities, according to Melissa Nash (and us.)
We attribute much of our growth to our consistent involvement in trade shows as a vendor. We attend anywhere between 8 and 10 every year and regardless if a deal is won there, we come back from the conferences armed with knowledge and great memories, too!
With the FCA fast approaching (Sept. 23-25 at Eau Palm Beach Resort in Manalapan, FL) we thought it would be a great opportunity to sit down with President of the FCA, Melissa Nash (of ARI Accounts Receivables.)
She explained how, at a conference, you will learn just as much from the educational aspect of the conference as you will from the people sitting next to you.
In smaller, state association conferences especially, there is a closeness that organically comes from the organizers and your fellow attendees or vendors. Immediately, you will be made to feel welcome and not just a number.
