Are you using role playing in sales training?
We did an experiment where we role-played for close to 2 weeks. Here's the results:
- We created seven deals and closed three which is statistically higher than what we normally do.
- So half an hour of the sales team's day gets devoted to role-playing every single day and they love it because a consistent kind of thing. So at 9 o'clock, we start role-playing.
- Because we role-played, we know what we're doing for the day and it helps sales with objections it gets their energy up. That in of itself that made it worth it.
