This live online event by HousingWire is something our marketing team at Arbeit found particularly interesting. The event is focused on learning how to become an agile marketer in the real estate and mortgage industries complete with master classes, networking, breakout sessions, and a full lineup of speakers in the industry.

During these uncertain times, industry experts have recommended that real estate and mortgage professionals focus on helping their communities and building name recognition. Implementing successful and cost-effective marketing now will be the key to bouncing back when things start returning back to “normal.”

Discussion Topics We’re Curious About

➤ Keeping prospects “warm” (speaker)

➤ Branding (master class)

➤ Embracing sales in a marketing role (speaker)

Speakers You Won't Want to Miss

Mortgage Marketer David Arnett: With over 20 years of experience in creative design and marketing, David will be sharing tips on how to maximize marketing's influence on sales and internal teams. And he is no stranger to the mortgage industry either. As shared by HousingWire, David has launched a marketing services website for loan officers and completed a full website redesign in his position as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Cherry Creek Mortgage.

Realtor Leigh Brown: According to HousingWire, Leigh was a crowd favorite at last year's conference being described as concise, relatable, and informative. Leigh is a realtor, broker/owner, author, keynote speaker, sales coach, and podcast host, so we are sure she'll be offering a wealth of information.

Chelsea Peitz's Instagram Master Class: Are you incorporating Instagram into your real estate marketing strategy? If not, this master class will help you get started! Chelsea will be sharing her tips as they apply to the real estate and mortgage industry during a twenty minute master class.

Currently in her role as National Director of Social Sales for Fidelity National Financial, she helps sales teams improve their market share, branding, and client-focused content creation. And that's not all. She hosts "The Voice of Social Sales" podcast, so be sure to check it out!

Facebook Marketing Strategist Travis Thom: We love to see more social media topics! During a twenty minute session, Travis Thom will be discussing how real estate agents and loan originators can use Facebook to improve their reach. He spends his time helping real estate agents and brokerages generate brand awareness, leads, and find qualified job candidates.
