The COVID-19 pandemic comes during the expected rollout of the TRACED Act. We wanted to know how the two events would co-exist, so we spoke with expert Rebekah Johnson of Numeracle to find out.
Rebekah believes that there is a new narrative that can come out of this pandemic that can potentially paint debt collectors in a more positive light. The FCC continues to seek to reduce the number of "bad actors" operating in the call landscape. At the same time, additional protections are being put in place for consumers.
